Conference Room Configurations

The William T. Young Campus Center Pioneer Rooms (YCC 131) can accommodate groups of up to 30, 60, or 120 guests in a variety of setups. These are standard setups, we are able to work through special event setups as well.

Pioneer Room (individuals) – Banquet Setup – 5 rounds, 6 chairs per round (30 seats)
Pioneer Room (individual – Pio D) – Boardroom Setup – Seating for up to 16 guests
Pioneer Rooms (combined) – Banquet Setup – 20 rounds, 6 chairs per round (120)
Pioneer Rooms (combined) – Exhibit Setup (40 vendor tables)

The William T. Young Campus Center Room 118 (YCC 118) can accommodate groups of up to 54 guests. These are standard setups, we are able to work through special event setups as well.
