Diversity and Dialogue
Transylvania University looks at diversity and inclusion as an opportunity to educate faculty, staff and students. D&D will allow individuals of the institution to create dialogue around issues of race, campus environment, LGBTQA initiatives, micro-aggressions, etc. With becoming more informed, gaining skills and having conversations with others, we can improve and enhance our campus relationships and our overall campus environment.
