Presented in partnership with Uniting Voices Lexington. The Transylvania and Lexington communities are invited to celebrate the season on campus at Uniting Voices Lexington’s Winter Festival of Song. Alumni Cleveland “Cleve” Gambill ’67, a retired federal Magistrate Judge, will conduct a prep session and overview of the three court cases at 12:15 p.m. in Coleman Hall, prior to their presentation to the Kentucky Court of Appeals starting at 1 p.m. in Carrick Theatre.
Transylvania's Pre-Law Society are hosting a session of the Kentucky Court of Appeals, giving students a first-hand look at the legal profession. A panel of judges will hear oral arguments of three cases on January 22nd in Carrick Theater starting at 1pm, 1:45pm, and 2:30pm followed by an audience Q&A.
