Transylvania University on Wednesday rededicated memorial plaques honoring Transylvanians who lost their lives in service to our country during World War I and World War II.
Transylvania University students Aissata Sackho ’21 (left) and Tatianna Verswyvel ’22 recently received a prestigious Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship — an award from the U.S. Department of State that enables students to study or intern abroad, thereby gaining skills critical to our national security and economic prosperity.
The Grammy-winning Kronos Quartet, which kicked off Transylvania’s Smith Concert Series more than a decade ago, returns to campus Jan. 28 for a public performance.
