President Brien Lewis announced today Vice President for Admissions Johnnie Johnson has accepted a position outside the university.
Thomas Stuckey, a longtime educator with experience in financial oversight and university management, has been named as interim vice president for finance and administration at Transylvania University.
Transylvania University’s communications and marketing efforts, including the 1780 blog and prospective student materials, have been recognized with four top awards in the 2021 Collegiate Advertising Awards Program.
The largest incoming class in six years — more than 315 strong — is set to arrive on Transylvania’s downtown Lexington campus Friday.
