With the success of our Healthy at Transy protocols and the efficiency of Kentucky’s vaccine rollout, most of our employees and many of our students have been vaccinated. As a result, we can more confidently plan what our campus experience will look like.
Transylvania on Saturday will honor the 179 graduating seniors in its Class of 2020 during a virtual commencement.
Transylvania is arranging a virtual commencement for May 23 at 9 a.m. The school plans to have an in-person ceremony whenever it’s safe.
The school plans to honor its graduating students, who are wrapping up their senior year with remote learning, during an in-person ceremony later on a date to be determined and through several virtual events next month.
The 2019 Senior Awards recognize achievement in academics, leadership and campus involvement.
