The Transylvania community’s camaraderie — and sense of shared responsibility — will be obvious this fall as the school works to ensure everyone stays healthy.
To meet the challenges of these times, Transylvania’s food service provider has drawn up a plan to ensure the school community can safely get a variety of meals prepared from fresh, made-from-scratch, locally sourced food.
Around 60 members of Transylvania’s incoming first-year class are taking part in this year’s Pioneer Summer Leadership Program. These virtual get-togethers are introducing them to some of their new classmates and preparing them to help guide the rest of the Class of 2024 in the transition from high school to college.
Beginning next week, Transylvania will hold a number of online town hall meetings for faculty, staff, incoming and returning students and student‑athletes.
