High school seniors, stop by Transylvania University on Thursday, May 9, for a sweet opportunity to visit campus and meet current students and staff.
Transylvania is hosting a Crimson Celebration dessert reception from 5-7 p.m. in the Glenn Building off Old Morrison Circle for students who know they’ll be attending this fall — and those who haven’t yet picked a college. Register here.
Visitors to the event are encouraged to come and go as they please, enjoy snacks and desserts and ask any questions they might have about going to Transylvania. Outdoor activities are also on tap.
“This is a great opportunity for students to get a last look at Transy as well as meet potential classmates and roommates,” Director of Admissions Julie Sams said.
High school seniors should also keep in mind that because of this year’s national delay in the Free Application for Federal Student Aid process, Transylvania welcomes deposits for students to secure their place in the Class of 2028 until May 15. Submit here, and contact the Office of Admissions with any questions.
Students who deposit are invited to Transylvania’s New Student Registration Day on June 10. Get the details and sign up for the event.
