To help take the edge off finals week and show their appreciation, Transylvania University staff and faculty served students New Orleans-style breakfast for lunch last night in the Great Hall. This Brinner tradition is part of the Student Activities Board’s Stress Fest, which this year included other events that don’t have a thing to do with studying — like yoga and a sundae bar.
“Brinner to us is by far one of the most rewarding events for all people on campus,” said Harrison Carlson-Bratton ’24, SAB vice president of programming. It’s also a time for SAB to celebrate a fall term of sucessful programing while spending quality time together.
Plus, Brinner seems to be getting even more popular among Pioneers. “This year we had a record attendance of over 500 students — we can’t thank them enough for their unwavering support,” Carlson-Bratton said.
