Transylvania University is honoring its Class of 2022 with a weeklong celebration before the May 28 commencement. Senior Week features a variety of memorable and fun activities, like a Candy Buffet, Senior Challenge, Last Lecture and Family Reception.
Senior Week events
TUESDAY, MAY 24
Senior Send-Off
11 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
Alumni Plaza (rain location: Campus Center)
Lunch will be served by Bon Appétit (bring your Crimson Card). Seniors can pick up their cap and gown and commencement guest rain tickets. There will also be treats, valuable information, music and fun.
Senior Challenge
6-8 p.m.
Bluegrass Tavern
Goodfellas pizza and dessert will be served, and a cash bar will be available.
Seniors, RSVP here, and bring an ID and Crimson Card.

Parking
Complimentary parking can be found around campus. Note that a permit is not required on commencement day, and guests may park in any open lot on campus. The lot at the corner of Fourth and Upper streets will be reserved for accessible parking (if you require this or seating close to the sign language interpreter, submit your request here).
Gratz Perk Cafe
Gratz Perk Cafe, adjacent to the ceremony seating area in the Glenn Building, will open at 8 a.m. on commencement day. Hot and cold coffee drinks, water and other beverages, as well as a variety of breakfast pastries, will be available for purchase.

Note that Fayette County Public Schools will hold graduation ceremonies at Rupp Arena on Friday, May 27, at 6 p.m. and Saturday, May 28, at 10 a.m., resulting in congested traffic.
