National Security Education Program (NSEP) David L. Boren Undergraduate Scholarships - for language study in Latin America, Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Previous language study not required, but you must enroll in an intensive language course if given an award. NSEP scholarship recipients are also obligated to fulfill a service requirement after graduation. Specifically, recipients must work in the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, State, or the Intelligence Community.
