Course Requirements
General pharmacy school requirements include:
- Two semesters of general biology with laboratories
- Two semesters of general chemistry with laboratories
- Two semesters of organic chemistry with laboratories
- Two semesters of physics with laboratories
- Two semesters of English
- One semester of calculus
- One semester of microeconomics
- One semester of microbiology with laboratory
- One semester of statistics
- One semester of human anatomy
- Public speaking required by some colleges
- 10–19 hours of elective courses
