Around the Campus

Have you visited the Transylvania Web site lately?

Cover of Transylvania TreasuresTransylvania’s Web site, www.transy.edu, is a hub of information and new pages are frequently added to keep the Transy community up to date on campus and alumni activities. If you haven’t visited the site in a while, you may not know that we now have a sustainability page, www.transy.edu/sustainability.  You’ll find information here about the Crimson Goes Green campaign.

There’s also a page for the Transylvania community garden, www.transy.edu/env_studies/garden.htm, which will be updated with photographs of the garden as it grows and evolves.

You can read back issues of Transylvania Magazine on our Web site by navigating to Transy News, then Publications from the homepage. Transylvania Treasures (shown here), which highlights items in the University’s Special Collections and Moosnick Medical and Science Museum, can be found by navigating to About Transy, then Transy History.

The University is active in social media across the Web as well. We’re using Twitter, Flickr, and Facebook to keep the campus community, future students, alumni, and friends informed of the University’s latest news.
