Other Giving Options

Thank you for your interest in giving to Transylvania. We offer a variety of ways you can make a difference.

Gifts to the university follow a fiscal year schedule beginning July 1 and ending June 30 of the following year.

Automatic monthly gifts

GEM (Giving Electronically Monthly) is a convenient, secure, and green way to give to Transylvania. Giving a little each month can make a huge difference by the end of the year. It's easier on your wallet and budget than a single large donation. Here's how it works:

  • Automatically using our online payment system —Visit the Make a Gift page and set up your monthly deduction using your credit or debit card. Be sure to check the “Scheduled GEM (Giving Electronically Monthly) Payments” box.
  • Electronic funds transfer using a voided check — download this form and mail it and a voided check to the address below, or call the development office at (800) 487-2679.
  • Online payment through your bank — If you pay your monthly bills online, just add Transylvania University as one of your payees and notify the development office so only one receipt will be sent to you at the end of the year.

We welcome checks made out to Transylvania University at the address below.
