
Parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the University parking lots located on Fourth Street and Upper Street and in the semi-circle in front of the Haupt Humanities building on North Broadway. Old Morrison Circle will be closed to parking.
Handicapped parking will be available and can be arranged ahead of time by contacting the Health and Wellness Center at (859) 281-3682. Public safety officers will have a motorized cart in the parking lot off Fourth Street behind the Mitchell Fine Arts Center for guests who need assistance.

Students can buy caps and gowns at the bookstore for $47.20 including tax.
We are pleased to have an arrangement with Dan Silvestri of Impact Photography for our commencement photography. Mr. Silvestri has taken the class photo and photos of individual students crossing the stage to receive their diplomas for many years. There are no videos for sale this year, as the university will not be filming commencement.

Restrooms will be available on the ground level of Old Morrison; the Cowgill Center for Business, Economics, and Education; and the Brown Science Center.
A first aid station will be set up in front of the Cowgill Center.

Graduates are required to come to the William T. Young Campus Center on Friday, May 24, at a time convenient to them between the hours of 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. At this event graduates will be given rain tickets, verify pronunciation of their names, and have an opportunity to order graduation photos. The Dean of Students office (233-8215) must be notified if a graduate is not able to attend the Senior Review.

Senior Group Photo and Commencement Instructions for Graduates
Graduates, wearing caps and gowns, will assemble on the Beck Center steps for a group photo. After the picture is taken, graduates will go directly to Haggin Auditorium where the Commencement Marshal will give full instructions for the procession, seating, procedure for receiving diploma, and recession. All graduates must be on time for this, as the process must be perfectly understood and observed by all.

Chairs will be provided. The outdoor commencement is expected to accommodate all guests of graduates. In case of inclement weather, graduation will be held in the Clive M. Beck Athletic and Recreation Center. Each graduate will receive four rain tickets at the Senior Review for guest seating. If it rains, guests with tickets will be admitted to the Beck Center beginning at 8 a.m. After 9:15 a.m., guests without tickets will be admitted. Seats are not reserved.
