Transylvania University requires all students who are not living at home, who are not 21, who are not married and who are not seniors to live on campus. Approximately 98% of first-year students live in residence halls.

No. Housing forms will be sent to high school seniors after the students submit their $200 enrollment deposit. All first year students will receive housing.

Transylvania University has seven residence halls. Most rooms are for two people. Our first year residence halls for men and women are single sex. Those for upper classmen are co-ed by floor.
