The Family Educational Right to Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 precludes the release of academic information without a student's written consent. In order to comply with this requirement, transcripts must be requested in writing. To request your transcript, you may fill out a transcript request form on-line or in our office, send a request through the mail, or send a request via fax. We cannot accept requests over the phone or via e-mail.

How we will send your transcripts:
Transcripts will be sent through the regular U.S. mail. To ensure compliance with FERPA, we do not fax transcripts.
Transcript Holds:
Transcripts will not be released for any current or former student who is indebted to the University.
Transylvania University admits students regardless of age, race, color, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, national origin, or any other classification protected by federal or state law or local ordinance.
