Located within easy walking distance of central campus, Thomas Field provides playing and practice space for the men's intercollegiate soccer program, men's and women's lacrosse, and the school's exceptional intramurals program.
Thomas Field is the longest continuous service playing surface on the Transylvania campus. Several notable improvements have been made recently, including the installation of a drainage system, a state-of-the-art sound system, and a new Bermuda playing surface. The facility includes spectator seating for 500 and locker rooms located in the adjacent Poole Residence Center.
An NCAA regulation-sized 120x75 surface, Thomas Field is one of the top small college soccer facilities in the region.
